    2. Bookings and Appointments<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    2.1 Appointments may be booked through our online booking platform, by phone, or in person.<\/p>\n

    2.2 A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us or our booking platform. Please arrive at least 10\u201315 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and consultation. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time at the full listed price, or the need to reschedule, at our discretion.<\/p>\n

    2.3 We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where a therapist or facility is unavailable, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    3.1 We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.<\/p>\n

    3.2 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), may be subject to a cancellation fee, at our discretion.<\/p>\n

    3.3 Any deposit or advance payment made through our booking platform may be non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with the booking platform’s own policies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    4.2 You are responsible for disclosing to us, honestly and in full, any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or concerns before your treatment begins. We rely on this information to determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you and to adapt it accordingly.<\/p>\n

    4.3 We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a treatment at any time if we reasonably believe it may be unsafe for you, or if you are unwell, intoxicated, or behaving in a manner that is unsafe or inappropriate toward our staff or other clients.<\/p>\n

    4.4 Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing purposes and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified medical practitioner regarding any health concerns before booking a treatment.<\/p>\n
